Connecticut Trip

Here's a link to photos of the trip, Sept 14-17. Holly spent a day at the fair with Angelina and her family, and Matt fished some new waters, and we went to Zuri and Justin's wedding, which was what spearheaded the whole trip. We bought an EZ Pazz in preparation: so glad we did! It makes tolls a breeze. Just slow down and keep driving. : ) We spent a lot of time on the NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, which was fun for Holly to remember the NJ Morristown Mission days...

We also discovered a store called The Christmas Tree Shops. Fabulous prices on household decor and gifts, etc. But very dangerous! ; ) We did get some very cute fall and Christmas decor though. The kids did okay in the hotel room, but no one slept very well. It was a nice get-away, but we were glad to be back in our own beds by the end!

If I could only count the number of times we have driven interstate 95 north. We should've just bought one of those passes years ago.
